Scarywater has been an important part of the fansubbing community for quite some time, around 7 years. It is with some disappointment that we will see it disappear into the ether that is the internet on the 12th of this month. Never fear however, for I have archived all the torrents and made them available (with a little bit of meta-data thrown in the mix) in case anyone needs them for whatever reason. There's a readme as well, I suggest you take a look at it if you're considering using them for any programmatic purposes, as it explains the log file format and the extra metadata contained therein.
